Position: Bartender – Must be 21 yrs or older   

Position Available: 1 Position

Hourly wage: $10.00 + tips per hour

Estimated hours: 32 Average hours per week

Meal: Not provided but can be purchased at a discounted price.

Job Prerequisites:

• Must be 21 years or older to apply for this position.
• Applicants in this role need to be aware that they must pass the TIP certification process to start working as a bartender.
• Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays is a must.

Job Description:

The Bartender will deliver outstanding service, maintain a vibrant atmosphere. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of food, beverage and guest service quality
• Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times
• Serve drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor guests’ needs, including refilling drinks and checking in with guest
• Clear bar between courses and after guests depart
• Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Remain in compliance to all NH State Liquor Laws
• Communicate immediately to the manager of any kitchen delays or service issues.
• Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of people

Additional Duties

• Participate in ongoing education and training
• Attend team/department meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Depending upon interest, we take weekly trips to various NH most explored places including the White Mountains/Kancamagus Highway to enjoy the gorgeous scenery, the Lakes Region to explore the beaches, the seacoast to enjoy the ocean, Boston – such a fun city, amusement parks, mini-golfing, roller skating, dancing, balloon rally, sunflower fields, casino, shopping malls, baseball/soccer games, and fireworks.
