Job Prerequisites:
Outgoing , detail oriented , can multi-task. Participants should be neat, clean and presentable for the work environment. Hair must be clean and styled. Personal cleanliness is very important. Maintain good hygiene, preventing unpleasant breath and body odor. Clothing should be clean, pressed and properly fitted. Tattoos must be covered and no excessive piercings or hair color. Participants are Ambassadors of their home country and should make every effort to represent their country well.
Job Description:
Job duties include greeting customers with a smile and explaining products and services for sale. Employees inform customers of prices and discounts and special deals.
They also are responsible for cleaning and maintaining their work space, dusting and moping up wet floors to prevent falls. Each participant will keep areas restocked, to present items in an appealing manner. Participants will be exposed to chemical cleaning products.
Counter Team Members often handle the return and exchange of items and usually have to make sure the money in the cash register equals the amount of transactions at the end of each work shift.
Counter Team Members must possess excellent customer service skills. They should be energetic, professional, courteous and engaging. They also need to be organized and have good communication skills, capable of accurately relaying product information to customers.
Other skills require the ability to handle cash and inventory, Great English to interact with customers and co-workers, and possibly technical skills to operate computers or other electronics.
PHONE and ELECTRONIC DEVICES The usage of personal cell phones, laptops, tablets and other electronic devices is strictly prohibited while at work.

Housing Detail:
- Participants will share dorm style bedrooms, 4 participants are assigned per room depending on size; each with their own bed.
- Participants will be sharing bathrooms, no more than 4 per bathroom.
- There is a shared living space with a community kitchen and entertainment areas. Facilities are fully furnished. Laundry facilities are available onsite.
- No co-ed housing available. While the buildings themselves are co-ed the floors are separated between females and males.
