Wage comments: Promotion potential up to $16 hourly based on good performance.
Tips: Tips are split equally between all front and back-of-house team members based on hours worked. 50% of tips go to the kitchen staff, and 50% go to front-of-house staff.
Estimated hours per day: 32 hours weekly average

Job prerequisites:
Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift. Applicants must be comfortable working with all food types, including pork and seafood and must not have any sensitivities to cleaning chemicals.
Previous restaurant or cooking experience is preferred.
Job Descriptions:
Prep cooks are responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating menu items according to restaurant standards. They should maintain food quality, cleanliness, and proper food safety practices. Assist with food preparation, stocking ingredients, washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and other kitchen tasks as needed. Tips are split equally based on hours worked: 50% for the front-of-house staff and 50% for the back-of-house staff. Wages start at $14 per hour, promotion potential up to $16/hour. All ages acceptable
