Job Description :The Hospitality Support Associate is a versatile hospitality team member responsible for supporting resort operations to ensure exceptional guest experience and efficient daily operations. At the time of onboarding, Hospitality Support Associates may be assigned to one or several of the following positions based on business needs, staffing demands, seasonal requirements, operational priorities, and individual qualifications. Associates may also be assigned to work at any company property in support of operational needs. Potential position assignments include:

Retail Associate – $16 per hour
Pool Attendant – $16 per hour
Recreation Attendant – $16 per hour
Greeter – $16 per hour
Food Runner – $11.98 per hour + Tips
F&B Attendant – $16 per hour
Barback – $11.98 per hour +Tips
Cashier- $11.98 per hour + Tips
Front Desk Agent – $17.00 per hour
Kitchen Assistant – $16.00 per hour
Room Attendant – $17.00 per hour

Hospitality Support Associates provide exceptional guest service while supporting resort, recreation, lodging, retail, culinary, or food and beverage operations through guest assistance, front desk services, food and beverage service, retail support, recreational activities, kitchen support, facility setup, equipment preparation, stocking, cleaning, sanitation, safety monitoring, or general operational support. Team members are expected to work collaboratively across departments, maintain the highest standards of professionalism and service, and contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that reflects Forbes-level hospitality standards.

Housing assisted by: Employer

Housing Cost: $130.00 – $195.00 per student per week

Cost Details: Housing cost is approximately $130 per week (based on 6 resident unit) and $195 per week (based on 4 resident unit)

Transportation: Transportation options available and might include Public Transportation, Taxi/Shuttle Service, & Ride Share (Uber/Lyft). Host Employer provides shuttle to most work sites for $15.00 per day.
