Position Available: 10-15 Positions
Hourly wage: $19.00 per hour
Job Descriptions:
Prepare, measure, and organize ingredients according to recipes, production requirements, and kitchen standards.
- Perform food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
- Assist with preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and properly, following instructions and established procedures.
- Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to ensure proper quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients and report any concerns to the kitchen supervisor or manager.
- Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation practices to ensure food safety and minimize waste.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations, kitchen equipment, utensils, and storage areas throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene, and workplace safety procedures and requirements.
- Work closely with cooks and other kitchen team members to support efficient daily kitchen operations.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and restocking food supplies and ingredients when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
