Job Prerequisite
Housekeeping
- Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and interact with guests when needed.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks such as making beds, vacuuming, and sanitizing rooms.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting during shifts.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work attitude.
- Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.
Front Desk
- Good English communication skills for greeting and assisting guests.
- Friendly and professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle check-ins, check-outs, and basic computer or POS systems.
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills in a hospitality environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and neat appearance.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
Job Descriptions:
Housekeeping
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to hotel standards.
- Replace linens, restock supplies, and ensure rooms are comfortable for guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or lost items to supervisors.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
Front Desk
- Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
- Answer questions about the hotel, local area, and guest services.
- Handle reservations, payments, and basic administrative tasks.
- Work closely with other staff to ensure guest satisfaction
English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+ ONLY)
