Job Description :
The Server Assistant supports the restaurant service team in providing excellent dining experiences for members and guests at Williamsburg Golf Club. This position ensures tables and service areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times.
Main Responsibilities
– Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests.
– Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly after guests leave.
– Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs during service.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and utensils.
– Help restock items such as napkins, silverware, and glassware.
– Support communication between kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
– Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards according to club policy.
– Provide friendly and professional service to guests and club members.
English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B) only
