Job Prerequisites

Job Descriptions
Front of House; Host & Hostess / Busser / Food Runner (Tips Available for these positions; pay rate at $12.00 + tips per hour)
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage guest seating and maintain an organized waiting area.
- Assist with table preparation and resetting tables between guests.
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to guests promptly.
- Clear used plates, glasses, and utensils from tables.
- Support servers and other Front of House team members during busy periods.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, neat, and ready for guests.
- Assist guests with basic requests and provide friendly customer service.
- Communicate guest needs and special requests to servers and kitchen staff.
- Follow restaurant standards for cleanliness, safety, and service.

Back of House; Kitchen Team Member (Pay Rate at $15.00 – $16.00 per hour)
- Prepare, cook, and store food following food safety standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Operate dishwashing machines and wash kitchenware as needed
- Assist with plating and delivering food to the Front of House when required
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation rules at all times
- Work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks efficiently
- Support team members and help with additional kitchen duties as assigned
- Maintain equipment and report any issues to supervisors

English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+ Only)
