Position: Resort Worker
Position Available: 2 – 3 Positions
Hourly wage: $14.00(+Tips)– $15.00 per hour
Average: 32-40 hours per week
Job Description:
- Resort Workers are responsible for supporting the daily operations of the resort and may be assigned to different areas based on operational needs.
- Duties may include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, suites, common areas, meeting rooms, break rooms, laundry facilities, and other assigned areas throughout the resort.
- Participants may be responsible for cleaning a variety of single-room and multi-room suites, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen areas, and living spaces.
- Participants are also expected to provide friendly and helpful guest service by answering questions, giving directions, and assisting guests when needed.
- Additional duties may include restocking supplies, organizing work areas, and assisting other resort departments during busy periods.
- Participants must follow resort cleanliness standards, safety procedures, and company policies at all times.
- This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced resort environment.
Job Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and resort areas
- Remove trash and restock necessary supplies
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Report guest concerns or property damage to supervisors
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
English Required skills: Advance (A, B+, B only)
