Job Description :
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Verify reservations, ID, and payment method.
- Assign rooms and provide keys/keycards.
- Process check‑outs, take payments, and issue receipts.
- Respond to calls promptly and politely.
- Provide information on room availability, rates, and motel amenities.
- Transfer calls or take messages when needed
- Enter new bookings into the system.
- Modify or cancel existing reservations
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
- Keep the front desk tidy and organized
English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B) only
