Position: Back of House Crew
Position Available: 2 Positions
Hourly wage: $ 14.00 per hour
Estimated hours per week: 32-40 hours

Job prerequisites: Applicants should be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, stand for long periods, and handle food preparation tasks. They should be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions carefully. Basic English skills are required for understanding workplace communication.
Job Descriptions: BOH Crew members are responsible for food preparation and kitchen operations. Duties include preparing ingredients, cooking and assembling menu items such as gyros and salads, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following food safety standards. They may also assist with dishwashing and restocking supplies.
English Required skills: Intermediate (B+ ,B, C+)

Cost Amount: $130 per student per week
Cost Details: You will stay in shared rooms with other participants. Basic amenities such as bed, bathroom, air conditioning, and utilities are typically included. A deposit may be required upon arrival.
