Position: Front of House: Hostess, Busser, Foodrunner

Position Available:  2 positions (Female Only)

Hourly wage:  $15.00 + Tips per student per hour

Estimated hours per day: 6-8 hours per day

Job prerequisites:

  • Exceptional Customer Service; a friendly, welcoming, and helpful attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication to accurately take orders, explain menu items, and resolve guest issues.
  • Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tables/tasks simultaneously during peak service hours.
  • Product Knowledge: The capacity to quickly learn and articulate the menu (food and beverage, including specials).

Job Descriptions:

Front of House (FOH)

  • Customer Service & Order Taking:
    • Taking customer orders.
    • Serving food and beverages.
    • Escorting guests to tables.
    • Serving customers seated at counters.
    • Being able to learn and describe food proficiently.
    • Table & Dining Room Maintenance:
    • Setting up empty tables.
    • Clearing tables.
    • Taking dirty dishes into the dishwasher.
    • Bringing water and introductory foods (e.g., bread, chips).
    • Shining cutlery and restocking dinnerware and utensils.
  • Food Running & Support:
    • Bringing prepared food to tables.
    • Assisting the waiting staff.
    • Refilling water pitchers.
    • Financial & System Duties:
    • Preparing itemized checks.
    • Sometimes accepting payment.
    • Operating a computer-based system for making orders and processing payment.

English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B ONLY)

Start Date:  15th May – 10th June 2026

End Date: 1st – 7th September 2026
