Job Prerequisites:
- Basic English communication skills for interacting with customers
- Friendly personality with strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy periods
- Basic knowledge of coffee or willingness to learn barista skills
- Ability to take orders accurately and handle POS/cash transactions
- Good teamwork skills and ability to work with diverse colleagues
- Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve

Job Description:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage items following company standards
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS systems
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, equipment, and dining area
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and restocking supplies
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently followed
- Recommend menu items and upsell products when appropriate
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors when supplies are low

English Required skills: Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+ ONLY)
Start Date: 15th May – 10th June 2026
End Date: 31st August – 7th September 2026
Date Qualification: Participant must stay at least three months prior their start date
