Hourly wage: $18.00 per hour
Estimated hours: 32 – 40 Average hours per week
Job Description:
- Curates a positive customer experience to all customers in the retail store through product/inventory knowledge, community and tourism enthusiasm and hospitality.
- Professionally addresses each customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships that keeps our customers returning year after year.
- Ensures register monies are filled regularly, or drawer is replaced when full in a timely manner, counting and confirming drawer is balanced.
- Ensures inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks.
- Reports all inventory needs to leadership in a timely manner.
- Ensures that the store always looks clean and inviting.
- Strategically places and faces merchandise to attract positive attention from
- Proactively stock shelves as merchandise sells to ensure that all purchasing options are available to guests.
- Assists in restocking inventory on a daily basis to keep shop fully stocked.
- Continually sizes garments throughout the shift to ensure shop is in order.
- Assists Inventory Manager & Store Manager in restocking inventory and any other duties as assigned.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
