Why choose us?
Steamboat is located in the Rocky Mountains of northwestern Colorado, 150 miles from Denver. Originally settled over a hundred years ago as a ranching town, western spirit and its friendly, small- town atmosphere still remains. Steamboat receives an average of over 330 inches of snow each season. This is one of North America largest ski and snowboard mountains with every type of terrain imaginable. The four mountain peaks provide 3,600 vertical feet, second highest vertical rise in Colorado.
