Position: Prep Cook

Job Prerequisites:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred. This position will involve working with high temperatures and sharp knives.
• Must be able to to handle all types of food, including pork and seafood products.

Job Description:

• Prepare ingredients for daily service, including cutting vegetables, preparing salad bar items, and organizing food supplies in a high-energy kitchen setting.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at the beginning, throughout, and at the end of each shift.
• Work efficiently to ensure all ingredients are ready to support smooth and timely meal service during busy periods.

English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, ONLY)

Start Date: May 15^th – June 20^th, 2026

End Date: September 1^st– 7^th, 2026
