Job Description:
- Greet a high volume of tourists and families with a friendly and welcoming attitude to ensure a great shopping experience.
- Provide information and assistance across various departments, including apparel, home decor, and specialty food items.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling both cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain the appearance of the large store layout by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Share knowledge about the store’s unique features, such as the live bear habitat and the fudge shop.
- Assist with inventory management by unpacking new shipments and ensuring items are correctly priced.
- Collaborate with a large team to manage busy crowds and meet daily operational goals during peak tourist seasons.
- Ensure the shopping floor remains clean, safe, and organized for all visitors.
- Offer directions or basic information about other local Pigeon Forge attractions when asked by visitors.
