Job Prerequisites:

Job Description:
- Greet every customer with a friendly smile as they enter the shop to make them feel welcome.
- Help customers find specific items like alligator-themed toys, t-shirts, or local Tennessee snacks.
- Use the cash register to ring up purchases, handle cash, and process credit card payments accurately.
- Keep the shelves and displays looking neat, organized, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Answer questions about the products and provide basic information about nearby attractions in Pigeon Forge.
- Help unpack new shipments of souvenirs and tag them with the correct prices.
- Perform light cleaning duties like sweeping the floor or wiping down counters to keep the shop looking its best.
- Watch the store floor to prevent shoplifting and ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Work together with your teammates to meet daily sales goals and handle busy crowds during peak hours.
