Job Description:
- Welcome guests warmly, assist with handling and transporting their luggage, and escort them to their rooms while ensuring a positive first impression
- Provide clear and helpful information about hotel facilities, amenities, services, and directions to ensure guests feel comfortable and informed
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and a pleasant appearance in the lobby and public areas by regularly checking, cleaning, and arranging the space
English Required skills: Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+, C ONLY)
