Job Description:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage seating arrangements, waitlists, and reservations efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Answer basic questions about the restaurant and menu offerings.
- Communicate with servers and managers to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
- Support the team with other duties as assigned.

English Required skills: Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+, C ONLY)
