Position: Stocking Associate/Store Associate
Position Available: 1 Position
Hourly wage: $14.00 per hour
Estimated hours per day: 32 hours per week minimum

- Good Communication Skills with English level 7 (on a scale of 1-10, 10 being fluent).

Job Descriptions:
This position may require participants to train and work in a variety of areas within the Walmart facility, including STOCKING (general merchandise), DIGITAL TEAM (shopping for online orders), and STOCKING (Meat/Produce/Deli/Bakery departments). Applicants must be willing to work in any and all areas. Decision will be at the discretion of your manager/supervisor based on skill and business needs, not your personal preference. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Stocking merchandise on the sales floor and organizing/maintaining the backroom (including cold and refrigerated sections). Assisting the digital team by shopping for and preparing customer pickup orders. Handling, labeling, and storing food items in compliance with safety and quality standards. Other areas you may be asked to assist in: cashier/register duties, collecting carts, light cleaning, setting up displays, and receiving, sorting, staging, and delivering merchandise. Maintaining inventory accuracy, keeping assigned areas organized, and following company safety, cleaning, and operating procedures. Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity while completing work assignments in a timely manner. Observes and reports complaints and problems with products, services, and work areas. All areas and positions will require you to provide excellent customer service by maintaining a calm, professional manner, assisting with product knowledge, and helping customers locate items within the store.
