Hourly wage: $12.77+tips per hour
Estimated hours per week: Average 32 – 40 hours per week
Job Description :
- Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure in a courteous and professional manner
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic information about hotel facilities, amenities, and services
- Handle guest requests promptly, including directions, transportation assistance, and local area information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell desk, and luggage storage areas
- Coordinate with the front desk and concierge to ensure smooth guest service
- Safely store and retrieve guest luggage as required
- Deliver guest items such as packages, messages, or room amenities when requested
- Uphold Hilton brand standards and provide excellent customer service at all times
English Required skills: Intermediate (A, B+, B, C+) only
