Position: Housekeeping
Position Available: 2 positions (No Preferences)
Hourly wage: $14.00 per hour
Estimated hours: 32 – 40 Average hours per week
Job Prerequisites:
- Must be able to perform physical tasks like bending, stooping, lifting, and moving materials (sometimes up to 75-100 lbs on occasion).
- Must be reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.
- Must be able to work various shifts, which includes weekends and holidays.
- Must be a good team player and willing to help co-workers when needed.
- Must be able to follow instructions and detailed cleaning procedures.
- Must have good attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards.
- Must have the ability to respond to guest requests promptly and courteously (good customer service).
Job Description:
Housekeeper Responsibilities
- Perform various cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Make sure all rooms are cleaned and checked according to hotel standards.
- Protect all cleaning equipment and report any damages or problems.
- Tell managers about any damages, items that are missing, or disturbances.
- Handle reasonable complaints or requests from guests professionally and patiently.
- Check and refill all guest room supplies (consumables) when needed.
- Strictly follow all health and safety rules and company practices.
Housekeeper Requirements and Skills
- Must have previous experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
- Must be able to work without close supervision and keep a high level of performance.
- Must be friendly and focused on serving the customer.
- Must have good skills in managing time and prioritizing tasks.
- Must be able to work quickly without lowering the quality of the cleaning.
- Knowledge of the English language is required.
English Required skills: Intermediate – Advance (A, B+, B, C+, C only)
Start Date: May 7th – June 10th, 2026
End Date: August 5th – September 7th, 2026
