Job Prerequisites:
- Must be friendly and polite to all customers (strong customer service skills).
- Must be a reliable team player and able to cooperate with kitchen and service staff.
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and work efficiently during busy periods.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and capable of lifting moderate weights (physical stamina).
- Must be able to communicate clearly and take accurate food/drink orders.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be committed to following all food safety and sanitation rules.
Job Description:
- Welcome guests warmly, hand out menus, and seat them comfortably.
- Listen carefully to take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
- Know the menu well to answer questions and make helpful recommendations (like suggesting specials).
- Deliver food and beverages to the correct tables promptly.
- Make sure customers are happy with their meals and quickly handle any requests or problems.
- Clear dirty dishes, wipe down tables, and prepare the dining area for the next guests.
- Give customers their bill, handle cash or card payments accurately, and return change or receipts.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are fast and correct.
- Follow all hygiene and food safety rules to keep the work area and dining room clean and safe.
English Required skills: Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+ ONLY)
