Position: Housekeeper

Position Available: 4 – 6 positions (Female Preferences)

Hourly wage: $13.50 per hour

Estimated hours: 32 – 40 Average hours per week

Meals: Free meal during shift

Job Prerequisites:

• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time (the entire shift).
• Must be able to lift and carry items (typically up to 20 to 30 pounds, and sometimes up to 50 pounds).
• Must be reliable and maintain punctual attendance.
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate (follow written or verbal instructions).
• Must have strong attention to detail to meet high cleanliness standards.
• Must be a team player and be able to work effectively with others.
• Must be willing to safely use cleaning chemicals and follow all safety rules.

 
Job Description:

• Perform different cleaning activities, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Make sure all guest rooms are properly cleaned and inspected to meet the hotel’s standards.
• Students will work in the Housekeeping Department.
• There may be some cross-training for other tasks.
• Students must be prepared for busy (high) and slow (low) hotel operations.
• Students should expect to work as many hours as possible during the busiest times.
• Students should also expect fewer hours during the slow business weeks.

English Required skills: Intermediate – Advance (A, B+, B, C+, C only)
Start Date: May 7^th– 30^th, 2026
End Date: August 15^th  – September 7^th, 2026
