Position Available: 2 – 3 Positions

Hourly wage:  $16.90/Hour

Estimated hours per week: 40 hours per week

Meals details: Discount on meals.

Job prerequisites:

• Must speak English well, and be a CCUSA English rating of at least a 4/4/4.
• The ability to lift up to 40 pounds, tolerate 5000 ft. elevations, cool temperatures (it can get cold in May and October down to 35 degrees or lower) Please bring a warm coat

Job Descriptions:

Dishwasher

• Responsible for loading, unloading and operating dishwashing equipment. Hand washes fragile table service and cooking utensils as required. Ensures clean and organized storage environment; adheres to equipment operation safety and sanitation standards. Clean kitchen area and restrooms. Mostly late day and night shifts.

Busser

• Works in the restaurant clearing tables, taking dirty dishes to the dishwasher, setting tables, refilling and otherwise assisting the waiting staff. Depending on ability could train as host/hostess. There may be opportunity to work events, such as large parties and weddings.

Prep Cook

Responsible for meal prep duties including the preparation of ingredients, side dishes and sauces for each restaurant shift. Early morning or afternoon shifts.

Host/Hostess

• Restaurant serving experience preferred, wine service, good people skills, and good English speaking and comprehension. Must have clear understanding of the US dollar. Depending on ability could train as server. Usually breakfast service. There may be opportunity to work events, such as large parties and weddings.

Waiter/Waitress

• Taking food order and keeping drinks filled. Making sure guests’ meal and their experience is as perfect as possible. Serving guests with a warm friendly smile. Working with BOH team to ensure proper communication. Assisting with cleaning and resetting of table. Keeping your station clean and organized and ready for the next shift. Able to assist other team members when needed. Ability to properly communicate with customers and other colleagues.

English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B)

Housing Information

Housing assisted by: Employer

Type of housing: Cabins

Cost Amount: $100 a week

Cost Details: $150 deposit will be taken out first paycheck and reimbursed last paycheck upon cleanliness, no damage, and finishing out employment contract.
