Job Prerequisites:
Excellent English, mature and personable/social attitude, work experience (especially in a kitchen/dining setting), open to being in a somewhat isolated area (Iron Mountain, MI is the closest town with great restaurants, pubs and shopping to explore), loves nature, and looking for a mellower type of experience.
Job Description:
Coordinate the menus with the dining committee. Order and or purchase locally all of the ingredients required for the meals to be served, additionally oversee the preparation of the breakfast and lunch buffets and do light food prep for the Dinner cook. All work to prepare and serve the meals must be accomplished in a timely fashion. Wage may be higher for certain experience levels. (Minimal experience, some job duties include preparing prefixed breakfasts and lunches, flipping pancakes, cooking scramble eggs, and making grilled sandwiches. The wage starts at $21/ hour but can increase up to $23 / hour is pax has previous experience)
English Required skills: Intermediate ( A, B+, B ) only
