Position: Lifeguard
Position Available: 5-7 positions
Hourly wage: $13.25/per hour
Estimated hours per day: An average of 32 hours per week over the course of the program.
Required:
- This video needs to show that they can swim 50 yards either freestyle or breaststroke(without stopping), retrieve a 10lb brick in 5 feet of water using feet first surface and swim a distance of 10 feet under water.
- Require working outdoors in extreme heat and other weather conditions, standing for long periods of time, and cleaning!
- Uniform/Grooming: No tattoos on/above the neck. Must provide own swim sandals/water shoes.
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor pools and water rides area, ensure safety, administer CPR/First Aid as needed. Require working outdoors in extreme heat and other weather conditions, standing for long periods of time, and cleaning.
- Advanced English skills for interacting with customers, must pass Discovery & Department training upon arrival to be offered a job.
- The first three weeks of employment will consist of a training period. During this time, hours may be reduced until you are immersed in your full-time schedule. Hours and schedule will vary each week – some weeks will be more than 32 hours; some will be less than 32 You must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday), evenings, holidays, and weekdays.
- Must understand seasonal industry, shifts may be shortened as needed due to guest attendance, weather, and other
factors. This will be determined by your department & park management and impacts all employees alike.

Cost Amount: $140/week.
Cost Details: A housing deposit of $100 and your first week rent of $140 (total of $240) is due to Six Flags one week
prior to arrival. Your deposit is eligible for refunded upon successful program completion (must honor original DS End Date), damage inspection, and positive rental obligation standing.

shared living space.

In major cities such as San Antonio, visitors can explore The Alamo, a historic site that reflects the state’s past struggles and identity. After that, they can take a walk along the San Antonio River Walk to enjoy the city atmosphere, riverside restaurants, and lively shops. For a more unique experience, visitors may also choose a helicopter tour to see the city layout and surrounding natural scenery from above.
