Position Available: 1- 2 Positions
Hourly wage:
Host – $14.00
Back of House – $16.00
Estimated hours: 32 – 40 Average hours per week
Job Prerequisites:
Host
- Must be able to greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Must be capable of checking guest identification when required.
- Must be able to control the flow of guest traffic efficiently.
- Must be willing to maintain guest areas and keep them clean.
- Must be responsible for reading and understanding all placement details before signing the work agreement.
Back of House
- Kitchen Safety: You must be willing to learn and follow HACCP and safety protocols.
- Teamwork: You should be ready to contribute to a positive team environment and help other kitchen staff when needed.
- Flexibility: You must be willing to cross-train at different stations, such as food prep and dishwashing.
Attention to Detail: You are expected to perform all tasks, including cleaning and stocking, with urgency and care
Job Description:
Host
- Welcome guests warmly, manage seating, and thank them upon departure.
- Provide wait time estimates, direct guests to waiting areas, and manage table flow using seating charts or systems.
- Answer questions, handle minor complaints, and accommodate special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of host stand, entryway, and restrooms; restock supplies as needed.
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
- Support team communication and assist in training new staff when needed.
- Complete opening, running, and closing duties with urgency and attention to detail.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Adhere to company procedures and maintain product knowledge to enhance guest experience.
Back of House
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Operate dishwashing equipment and properly clean and stock dishware.
- Assist with food prep, station setup, and breakdown according to safety and recipe standards.
- Support kitchen staff across prep and dish stations; cross-train as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and ensure proper storage.
- Follow HACCP and safety protocols; report issues to management.
- Clean and maintain equipment, coolers, and workstations throughout and after
- Perform additional tasks as assigned with urgency and attention to detail.
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive team environment.
English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+ ONLY)
