Hourly wage: Prep Cook: $18 per hour, Dishwasher: $16 per hour
Estimated hours per day: 8
Number of days per week: 5
Meals details: A mandatory meal plan is provided for $200 biweekly. It will be deducted directly from the paycheck.

Job Descriptions:
Prep Cook
Must keep area clean and sanitary while preparing food. Includes slicing, peeling and dicing ingredients using sharp knives, blades and kitchen equipment. Will also be using hot stovetops and ovens to cook food. You will wash pots and pans by hand in very hot water, and use the dishwashing machine for glasses, dishes and cutlery and then stack clean items in the appropriate area. The kitchen needs to be in sanitary, tidy & clean condition at all times. You will also be responsible for removing trash. The line cook will be able to work the line at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will be expected to work as a team as well as independently. This position requires organization, ability to keep the work area clean and up to sanitization standards, knife skills, prep skills, and 1+ years of restaurant level cooking experience. Experience with the ability to handle high volume, stay composed, control the flow and great communications skills are a necessity.
Dishwasher
Clean dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils: Scrape, rinse, and load them into dishwashing machines or hand-wash as necessary.
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines: Ensure the machines are loaded and functioning properly; troubleshoot any malfunctions.
Inspect washed items for cleanliness: Make sure all items are spotless and properly sanitized.
Stock clean dishes and utensils: Organize and return clean items to their designated locations in the kitchen or service areas.
Clean kitchen equipment: Maintain cleanliness of pots, pans, and other kitchen tools that require handwashing.
Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas: Sweep and mop floors, take out trash, and clean surfaces as needed to comply with health and safety standards.
Comply with health and safety regulations: Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation standards.
