Job Prerequisites:
- Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly.
- Must be reliable and have dependable transportation.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be capable of frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25–50 pounds.

Job Descriptions:
- Customer Service: Manages the end-to-end ordering process, including taking customer orders, processing payment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Food Preparation: Prepares requested food items accurately and efficiently.
- Teamwork: Works collaboratively with other crew members to handle each customer transaction and divide tasks for faster turnaround times.
- Task Rotation: Regularly rotates through several workstations, including the front counter, drive-through, and kitchen, to gain experience across the restaurant.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensures the cleanliness of the entire restaurant and adheres strictly to all safety requirements and official procedures.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain on their feet for long periods.
