Job Descriptions:

Front Desk / Reception Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting the Hotel Manager with daily front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties include checking in and checking out guests, answering questions, and providing information about the property and local area. Assist with preparing and organizing housekeeping boards and help housekeepers with their daily tasks as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas. Restock the coffee station and other guest amenities throughout the day. Communicate effectively with the Hotel Manager and housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

Excellent English, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional attitude are essential for this position.

PLEASE NOTE: This hotel offers pet friendly rooms and maintains a non-smoking environment.

Participants with allergies to animals must make their employer aware of it during the interview. Participants are NOT allowed to smoke at work. Participants will be using cleaning chemicals.
