Job Description:
The front desk concierge position requires participants to check in hotel guests, perform transactions, answer guest questions, speak over the phone, and any other tasks required by the supervisor on duty. Also, you might be required to set up and take down the continental breakfast. This position requires participant to have excellent English skills. Meals are available when working for a reduced rate. One meal per shift.
Job prerequisites:
Proficient English is required to be successful in this position. Applicants for this position need to be completely comfortable speaking with guests, both in person and over the phone. Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays is a must.
In order to streamline arrivals, the host employer prefers that participants arrive on one of the following 3 start dates: June 17th, June 24th, June 30th. The host employer requires an interview with participants prior to placement.
