Position: Housekeeper
Position Available: 5 Positions
Hourly wage: $12.50 per hour
Estimated hours per day: 35-38 hours per week
Meal Detail: Participants are eligible to receive 40% off meals while working.
Benefits:
- Free transportation to and from local food stores. Host has a sign-up sheet to help coordinate these trips.
- Free use of all park amenities when not working.
- Monthly trips to various tourist attractions and monthly employee parties.
Job Prerequisites:
- Housekeepers will be using cleaning chemicals
- Laundry duties will vary upon demand; max 15% of overall duties
- Participants must be physically able to climb stairs and perform tasks in the heat
- Training is on the job and all hours are paid
- All employees must also agree to company policies in handbook
- Participants will have use of golf carts during work hours, golf carts are not allowed to be used when not working.
Additional shift hours are offered to participants who are meeting work performance expectations. This opportunity includes most of the duties above as well as overall crosstraining to assist in the waterpark:
- Checking guest wristbands
- Giving instructions to guests near the pool or top of the slide [note: NOT overlapping with or performing responsibilities of Lifeguards]
Job Descriptions:
- Job duties include:
- Picking up after a guest
- Preparing fresh linens (Laundry*)
- Making beds Dusting furniture and fixtures
- Washing floors
- Vacuuming carpeted areas
- Emptying trash cans
- Cleaning windows (usually less frequently)
- Cleaning the bathroom and toilet
- Cleaning public and guest areas
- Cleaning the outside porch areas and picnic tables
- Pulling weeds (usually less frequently)
- Keeping the guest rooms stocked with accessories and the bathrooms stocked with supplies
English Required skills: Intermediate (A, B+, B, C+)
Start Date: May 7 – June 30 ,2026
End Date: August 25 – September 7 ,2026
