Job Descriptions:
Responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans are cleaned and sanitized, contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils using dishwashing equipment or by hand. Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are sanitized and properly stored after cleaning. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including floors, walls, and countertops. Operate dishwashing machinery and keep it in good working condition. Organize and maintain the dishwashing area, ensuring there are enough clean dishes and utensils available for kitchen staff and service. Sort and stack clean dishes, utensils, and cookware for easy access. Assist in the removal of trash and waste from the kitchen and dining areas. Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
