Job Descriptions:
Greets and welcomes arriving guests, escorts customers to their tables or the waiting area, answers phone calls and customer inquiries, assists restaurant staff when necessary, maintains clean and organized tables, chairs, and dining sets, provides menu and server information. Additional Duties: This job description is not intended to cover every task or responsibility. Employees may be assigned other reasonable duties by management related to customer service, cleanliness, safety, or overall restaurant operations.
