Job Description :
A Crew Member at Popeyes helps with customer service, food preparation, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized. Students usually rotate between different stations depending on how busy the store is.
- Take orders, greet customers, answer questions, and ensure guests have a good experience.
- Prepare menu items according to the restaurant’s standards (frying, assembling sandwiches, making sides, etc.).
- Operate the register, take payments, give change, and pack food orders correctly.
- Restock ingredients, follow safety and hygiene rules, and help keep the kitchen clean.
- Wipe tables, take out trash, clean counters, sweep/mop floors, and maintain a clean dining area.
- Work with other crew members to support the whole operation during busy hours.
English Required skills: Upper Intermediate (A, B+, B, C+) only
