Position: General Crew (Restaurant Host & Busser, Retail Cashier)
Position Available: 2 Positions (No Preferences)
Hourly wage: $15.00 /Hr (Possibly Tipped)
Estimated work hours: 32 – 40 Hrs Average per week
Overtime Detail: Overtime might be possible but guarantee

Job Prerequisites:
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate sales and receipts.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift light to medium items.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow store procedures.
• Friendly attitude with willingness to assist guests and answer questions about products or the area.

Job Description:
Host
• Greet guests warmly as they enter the dining area.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus.
• Manage the reservation/seat-assignment system and monitor wait times.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries (e.g., about menu, wait times, availability).
• Monitor guest flow in the dining room to ensure efficient seating.
• Coordinate with servers, bussers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth transitions and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming host station (menus, seating supplies, waiting area).
• Communicate specials or menu changes to guests as they are seated.
• Handle guest requests or refer them to management as needed.
• Uphold a friendly, professional demeanor and work to create a positive guest experience.

Busser
• Clear used tableware, napkins, glassware and refuse from tables promptly.
• Wipe and reset tables, chairs and surrounding floor area in preparation for new guests.
• Distribute clean dishes, glassware and utensils from the dish room or service station to the dining area.
• Restock supplies in the dining area and bus station (e.g., napkins, condiments, silverware).
• Refill water, ice stations and condiments as needed during guest service.
• Sweep and maintain clean floor areas in dining sections throughout the shift.
• Assist waitstaff with guest refills and additional requests.
• Perform other cleaning, side-work or support tasks as assigned by management.

Retail Cashier
• Greet customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
• Assist customers with questions about products, local attractions, and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout and surrounding area.
• Restock merchandise and ensure displays are neat and attractive.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve minor customer issues.
• Follow store policies, cash handling procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Support team members and perform other duties as assigned.

English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+ ONLY)
Start Date: 15th May – 2nd June 2026
End Date: 31st August – 7th September 2026
