Job Prerequisites:

  • Basic English communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and service-mindset for working with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced diner environment.
  • Attention to detail when preparing shakes and specialty beverages.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift light items, and move around quickly.
  • Willingness to learn and follow food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Teamwork skills and reliability—showing up on time and being flexible with shifts.

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare milkshakes, floats, and ice cream desserts according to recipes.
  • Greet customers with a smile and take shake or dessert orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shake station.
  • Restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies as needed.
  • Always follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work closely with other team members to keep service smooth and fast.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests enjoy their experience.
