Job Prerequisites:
Front Desk
- Basic English communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, polite, and professional attitude toward guests.
- Ability to handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
Housekeeping
- Ability to clean and organize guest rooms and public areas efficiently.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Teamwork skills and positive attitude.
- Willingness to follow hotel cleanliness standards.
Breakfast Attendant
- Basic English communication for interacting with guests.
- Ability to prepare, restock, and maintain the breakfast area.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Friendly and service-minded attitude.
- Early morning availability.
Maintenance
- Basic knowledge of repairs, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and fix minor issues.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment.
- Dependable and safety conscious.
- Willingness to learn and follow supervisor’s directions.
Job Description:
Front Desk
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and provide information about hotel services.
- Process payments accurately and maintain guest records.
- Respond to guest requests and solve basic issues politely.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional front desk environment.
Housekeeping
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas daily.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
- Dust, vacuum, and sanitize rooms following hotel standards.
- Report maintenance issues or lost items to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Breakfast Attendant
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area.
- Prepare and restock food and beverages during breakfast hours.
- Ensure cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
- Greet guests and provide friendly service during breakfast time.
- Clean and organize the kitchen and dining area after service.
Maintenance
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks around the hotel.
- Inspect and fix plumbing, lighting, and electrical issues when needed.
- Assist with setup and upkeep of hotel facilities and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and report larger maintenance problems.
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth operations.
English Required skills: Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+ ONLY)
