Position: Front Office Agent

Position Available: 1 Position

Hourly wage: $14.00 per hour

Overtime: Somtimes

Estimated hours per day: 32 hour per week

Experience Required: 3 – 6 months of customer service experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and iPad use preferred

Job Description :

1. Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out efficiently
2. Provide resort information and respond to guest inquiries
3. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications (phone, email, in-person)
4. Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
5. Resolve guest issues promptly or escalate to management when needed
6. Promote resort amenities, activities, and services
7. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest readiness
8. Maintain a clean and organized front desk or guard house area
9. Follow resort policies, procedures, and safety protocols
10. Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Information / Work Environment:

• Work is primarily indoors or in a covered guard house with a service window open to the outside
  Must maintain a professional appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude at all times
• Requires sitting or standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks
• Use of computer systems, Microsoft Office 365, iPads, and POS/reservation software is required
• Participants will be using cleaning chemicals

English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B Only)

Start Date: May 7th – 19th, 2026

End Date: September 7th, 2026

Housing Information

Housing assisted by: Employer

Cost of housing: $75 per person per week

Transportation at times is provided by a Carolina Pines team member, with advance notice. When participants are off duty they have access to the amenities of the resort. They will receive a discount at the restaurant and store. Free internet is also provided. Participants may receive free meals at picnics or resort events. However, day-to-day meals are not provided.

Along the Myrtle Beach beachfront boardwalk are arcades, souvenir stands and restaurants, as well as the old- fashioned Family Kingdom amusement park and the SkyWheel, one of the country’s tallest Ferris wheels.
