Job Prerequisites:

Host / Busser

• Friendly and welcoming attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, carry trays, and clean tables for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to assist servers and other staff as needed.
• Good organizational skills to manage seating charts and guest flow.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

Server

• Strong English communication skills to take orders and interact with guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for long shifts.
• Teamwork skills to coordinate with bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures.
• Prior serving or customer service experience preferred, but not always required.

Job Description:

Host / Busser

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements according to restaurant flow.
• Assist servers by clearing and cleaning tables quickly and efficiently.
• Reset tables with proper utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Support the serving staff by refilling water, delivering food, or responding to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and entryways.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and provide friendly assistance when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Server

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly attitude
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and drinks promptly
• Check on guest satisfaction and handle requests/issues
• Process payments (cash/credit)
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff
• Keep tables and service areas clean and organized
• Follow alcohol service and food safety rules
• Work in a fast-paced pub environment (evenings, weekends, holidays)

English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B ONLY)

Start Date: 15^th March – 1^st April 2026

End Date: 7^th June 2026
