Job prerequisites:

Job Descriptions:
The Hostess is responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage seating arrangements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and Welcome Guests: Warmly greet guests as they enter the establishment, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage Reservations: Take and manage reservations, and maintain an organized reservation book or system. Handle walk-ins and accommodate guests as space permits. Seating Arrangements: Assign guests to tables based on their preferences and the availability of seating, balancing the needs of guests with the flow of the restaurant. Customer Service: Address any special requests or needs from guests, and assist with inquiries about the menu, specials, or the establishment. Communication: Coordinate with servers and other staff to ensure smooth guest flow and effective communication regarding table status. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the entrance and waiting area clean and organized. Ensure that menus, brochures, and other materials are in good condition.
English Required skills: : Advance – Upper Intermediate (A, B+, B only)
