Job Prerequisites:

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and chefs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior kitchen or food service experience is helpful but not always required.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Support other kitchen staff by restocking supplies, washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunctions or maintenance issues.
• Ensure timely preparation and plating of dishes during service hours.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality meals and maintain smooth kitchen operations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or chefs.

English Required skills: Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+)
