Job Prerequisites:
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills to handle cash, process payments, and operate the POS system.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods.
- Ability to follow instructions, restaurant procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Teamwork skills and willingness to assist coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in food service is a plus but not required.
Job Description:
- Greet customers and take orders accurately at the counter, drive-thru, or kiosk.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to McDonald’s standards and recipes.
- Operate POS systems to handle cash, credit, or digital payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times.
- Assist team members with various tasks, including stocking supplies and refilling condiments.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support smooth restaurant operations during peak hours and help maintain fast, efficient service.
English Required skills: Intermediate – Advance (A, B+, B, C+ only)
