Job Prerequisites:
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards accurately.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to adapt to menu changes, special requests, and high-volume periods.
- Prior culinary or kitchen experience is preferred but not always required.
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to maintain smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
- Follow proper food safety, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency of dishes.
- Adapt to high-volume service periods and adjust to changes in menu or customer requests.
- Support overall kitchen efficiency by helping with prep work, restocking, and cleaning as needed.
English Required skills: Intermediate (A, B+, B, C+)
