Job Prerequisites:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling cash, credit card transactions, and
• Ability to operate a cash register and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail for stocking and merchandising.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift, and move merchandise as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Teamwork skills with a positive, customer‐focused attitude.

Job Descriptions:

• Greet and assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing excellent service.
• Operate cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods while issuing receipts, refunds, or exchanges.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well presented.
• Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist with restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including fitting rooms and checkout areas.
• Assist with promotional activities and introduce new products to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

English Required skills: Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B)
