Job Prerequisites:

• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation rules, and proper handling of kitchen equipment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to menu changes or special requests.
• Prior kitchen or culinary experience preferred but not always required.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with inventory control by properly storing, labeling, and rotating ingredients.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues.
• Work with team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
• Support menu changes, daily specials, and accommodate guest requests as needed.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by supervisors or chefs.

English Required skills: Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+)
