Job Description :
Rental Relations Coord: responsible for managing the rental process from start to finish. This includes coordinating reservations, maintaining records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.
Housekeeper:
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned.
- Duties will include but are not limited to cleaning rooms and common areas, including bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and showers, changing linens, laundry, dust, vacuum, and empty trash, etc. Very physically demanding.
- Be prepared to stand, bend, kneel and push a 50lb/23kg cart all day.
- Requires attention to detail, punctuality, and a great service attitude & team spirit.
- Please do not apply if you are sensitive to any kind of chemicals or lotions or have physical limitations that would keep you from doing your job.
- Restock housekeeping carts. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Laundry Assistant:The primary purpose of this position is to assure the proper washing and drying of laundry. This includes operating washing and drying equipment, loading and unloading from machines, measuring and administering cleaning agents to laundry per product specifications, and folding and storing fresh linens. When necessary, will assist in housekeeping as a House Person or Room Attendant.
The position requires the ability to perform the following essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Responds to guest concerns, complaints or suggestions appropriately, refers them to management in support of providing superior guest service.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Keeps the immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or matters of significance.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
- At all times projects a favorable image of Northwest x Southern Hospitality to the public.
- Maintains safe working conditions within department and Hotel. Employer may need to change position or location based on skill level, business needs, or to accommodate hours.
Maintenance Asst: This position includes everything from managing the recycling, removing the trash, cleaning tables, stocking shelves and bathrooms; cleaning bathrooms, toilets, and sinks, and the general area
