Job Description :
Housekeeping staff are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in guest cottages and common areas throughout the property. Core duties include making beds, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning windows and bathrooms, and replacing towels. Housekeepers also assist in maintaining the cleanliness of summer offices, stores, recreational facilities, and dining rooms. Throughout the summer, housekeepers work in pairs and will be using cleaning chemicals as part of their duties

1) RDC provides free housing and food, free housing and food for international staff.
2) Staff may earn tips and RDC encourages guests to contribute to the all-staff tip pool which is then divided amongst all seasonal employees.
3) Earn up to a $300 year ±end bonus. Total amount may vary based on performance and financial success of the season.
4) Staff have access to all guest amenities in their free time including; tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, sports equipment, are encouraged to participate in recreational activities we offer, use of boats (canoes, kayaks, sailboats, SUP’s).

Meals details: Host Company provides staff with 3 meals a day everyday (breakfast, lunch and dinner) free of charge for the duration of employment including days off. All staff meals are served from our dining halls. We are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies.
RDC also has a staff lounge on-site that includes a full kitchen, which staff can use to cook their own meals or snacks if they so choose.

Housing Detail: All RDC dormitories are located on-site in uninsulated wooden buildings similar to our guest cottages. Dorms are designated as male, female, and co-ed options for couples. Staff have access to a 24/7 lounge featuring a full kitchen, couches, TV with cable, and a fireplace, as well as a staff pavilion equipped with billiards and ping pong tables. Three meals are provided daily, seven days a week, served in our dining rooms, with options available for specific dietary restrictions or allergies. WiFi is available throughout the property
Transportation details: You can walk anywhere on Camp in 5-10 minutes.
